Sexual Assault suspect being held with no bond

This morning sexual assault suspect Jonathon Brown was in first appearance. Brown is being held with no bond. He is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in broad daylight.

“For somebody to be attacked out in the open, people walking by all the time, something’s definitely wrong there,” said an eye doctor who works in that plaza, Clyde Chapman.

According to Delray Beach Police, 41-year old Jonathan Brown had followed a 69-year old woman into that breezeway at the Delray Crossing Plaza along Linton Boulevard. Police say Brown grabbed the victim from behind, threw her to the ground and started sexually assaulting her between two columns there. This all happened at around 10:00 in the morning…
